“31 MEGATONS”


“31 MEGATONS” is a song that is a part of my alternative rock solo project, under the name MENINO MARINO. The track portrays the story of someone who loves another person so deeply that he ends up excluding them from his life for fear of hurting them.  The song is accompanied my a video that perfectly portrays self-isolation

In this project, I explore a personal and expressive sonic universe, blending electronic and alternative influences with my rock n’ roll roots and lyrical storytelling. My work spans composition, songwriting and production. I handle every step of the creative process, from initial ideas to finished tracks, maintaining full artistic control.

GRAPHIC DESIGN SHOWCASE


Portuguese Graphic Designer IVO AMADEU REIS reached out to me to compose and produce a song for his portfolio showcase.

We talked about his vision for the project and his passion for electronic and funk music. From that starting point, a track was born, blending live instruments with sampling techniques, crafted to reflect the creative energy behind the video. I handled the entire process, from composition to production, mixing, and mastering.

“ O TETO DE BAIXO É O CHÃO DE CIMA” PODCAST


I was tasked to create a soundtrack for the podcast “O TETO DE BAIXO É O CHÃO DE CIMA”, a monthly show, set to premiere in the fall 2025, where two friends dive into light-hearted philosophical discussions, current events, and surreal poetry prompts.

The project called for a musical identity that could carry both its reflective tone and its humorous, unpredictable spirit. I aimed to capture that balance with a track that blends laid-back grooves and quirky melodic touches, supporting both the reflective themes and the offbeat humor of each episode.

GAME SOUND DESIGN STUDIES


As a way of studying sound design applied to video games, I made a personal project, in which I scored some of my favorite arcade games from childhood.

The idea was to practice different styles of soundtracks, matching them according to the moods and scenes of multiple games.
